Bon Jovi to star in New Year's Eve

Bon Jovi is set to return to acting with a role in the upcoming flick New Year's Eve. The rocker will reportedly play Halle Berry's love interest in the ensemble-driven feature about intersecting relationships.A follow-up to 2010's Valentine's Day, this film's cast is just as star-studded. Currently, the actors and actresses confirmed to appear are Robert De Niro, Ashton Kutcher, Lea Michele, Sofia Vergara, Zac Efron, Jessica Biel, Halle Berry, Michelle Pfeiffer, Abigail Breslin, Hilary Swank, Sarah Jessica Parker, Sienna Miller, Sara Paxton and Frankie Muniz.

The aptly-titled New Year's Eve will reportedly hit theaters during the 2011 holiday season.
