It might be a little early for us to be doing “The Women of Scream 4″ but I couldn’t pass up these pictures of Emma Roberts in her underwear from the movie 4,3,2,1.

Wes Craven recently told Nightline that Scream 4 has the highest death rate of the franchise: “I think this one probably has the highest mortality of any of the Screams by two or three…”

Scream 2 has the most kills with ten. So we are looking at a possible 12 to 13 deaths in Scream 4.

Roberts told MTV that this is going to be the best Scream movie ever, and with such a high kill count she might be right.“It’s amazing — they have the original cast with Courtney Cox, David Arquette, Neve Campbell, and then we have this whole new young cast we’re introducing. Hayden Panettiere, Rory Culkin — who I’ve done two movies with — and Wes Craven is directing this one, and he’s just one of the coolest people I’ve ever met.”

Look for Scream 4 in theaters on April 15, 2011.
